It's Monday and I am back in the saddle.  I was off work since Thursday celebrating my oldest sons birthday and promotion and my daughters promotion.  Whatever happened to graduating? now they call them promotions.  It was tough watching my son promote from elementary school to middle school, I can not believe how fast he is growing up on me, we both got emotional at his ceremony, me from the memories and him from missing his friends.  He will not be going to public school for middle school, we are sending him to a Independent School in hopes of giving him a better chance at learing.  When African American Boys get to a certain age, the peer pressure is unbelievable and learning is not a high priority.  My daughter was so excited about promoting from middle school to high school, her approach to live is remarkable, she is so thankful for everything in her life, and that holds me together!

I was marketing on Facebook the other day, conversing with a lady when she told me about her health concerns, she had never heard of Vemma, I told her about Vemma and how great the formula is and she purchased some.  I have to remember that everybody does not know about Vemma.  When I run across someone that does not know about this brand it really surprises me.  The products are amazing and I stand behind them.

I played basketball on Friday and made sure to take me a Bode Thirst with me.  The "Thirst" helps rejuvinate your muscles and cells during and after your workout.  I was sipping on Thirst while playing and my body and legs did not get tired.  I played much longer than I normally do, but paid for it the following two days, my body was very sore, played longer and harder due to the "Thirst"!  My wife originally ordered some with her Bode Weight Transformation Program and I immediately oredered me some.

I am seriously trying to get myself back into basketball playing shape, its tough when you dont get to play consistently, however I got me some new running shoes for Fathers Day so I will be doing my conditioning. 

I am determined to get people to try Vemma/Verve/Bode products.  If someone is trying to loose weight, get in shape, need energy or whatever these products are the best.  I heard a term "mega trend industry" the other day, this term was used to describe certain network marketing niches.  Vemma has the best products in all these mega trend industries.  I would be using and telling people about these products even if I wasnt getting paid by Vemma!!!!
